SERVICES

Express Archaeological Solutions is a full service cultural resource firm, offering a wide range of services relating to cultural resource management, Native American consultation, and ethnohistory. Governmental agencies are required to identify, evaluate, and preserve cultural resources on lands under their jurisdiction and to insure that government funded, initiated, authorized, or sponsored activities do not negatively effect cultural resources. Such requirements are mandated by the Antiquities Act of 1906 (Public Law 59-209), Historic Sites Act of 1935 (Public Law 74-292), National Historical Preservation Act of 1966 as amended (Public Law 89-665), National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (Public Law 91-190), Preservation of Historic and Archaeological Data, as amended (Public Law 93-291), American Indian Religious Freedom Act (Public Law 95-341), Archaeological Resource Protection Act of 1979 (Public Law 96-95), and other state and federal legislation relating to cultural resources.

Our cultural resource program is designed to assist our clients in achieving compliance with these laws and regulations in a cost-effective, scientifically credible manner. Our goal is to satisfy the needs of our clients as well as the regulatory agencies with whom we work.  We always keep the interests of our clients at the forefront while providing solutions that assure compliance with the regulatory requirements.
